Dawn is key to keeping our clients happy. Along with masterfully managing day-to-day workflow she’s our X factor in getting outside-the-box projects completed on time and on budget. Dawn holds a degree in Management and Marketing and has been with us since 2006; before that she held things down at Forge Marketing. As for being down, Dawn digs the music of Curtis Jackson and Frank Sinatra. She is a soccer mom but doesn’t like to admit it…. You will never find a soccer magnet on her car, but you can always hear her cheering from the sidelines.

Kenny Phifer grew up spending countless days watching over the shoulder of his well-respected uncle, professional wildlife artist Rod Arbogast. After high school, Sergeant Phifer proudly served eight years in the US Air Force as a Munitions Systems Specialist, staring at goats, camels, and all kinds of creatures in order to better understand how to artistically render the world around him. Following his tour of duty Kenny continued to explore the world, learning martial arts, energy healing, and other exhilarating activities. Art, believes Kenny, combines the best aspects of science and spirituality. He favors traditional illustration but is warming up to digital art creation. Kenny also enjoys taking long walks off short docks--when wearing his SCUBA gear.

Tom holds a Master's Degree in Electronic Media from Kutztown University, where while earning his degree he developed and directed a social-norms marketing campaign aimed at reducing underage drinking and driving on campus. Following several years as a production freelancer, Tom decided it was time to assume a vertical mentality. Tom is encouraging, friendly, and persistent - in short, a client pleaser. In his spare time he plays the guitar and bass, watches movies, and spends time with his fiance.
